Cancellation Policy
Alani and Company requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations, late cancellations will result in a 30% fee of the total services scheduled and no-shows will result in a 65% fee of the services scheduled. All deposits will be forfeited.
All outstanding fees must be paid prior to scheduling a new appointment.
